This is my signature *virtual* shamanic yoga and meditation session. Join me on the mat and get aligned with your soul! Sessions are 75 minutes each and take place 2x week. Access to all sessions of the Golden Hour is included in my monthly membership virtual Women's Temple along with much more! Drop in is $22. Every Monday at 8am and every Wednesday at 4pm PST.
