Lexi has been humbled over and over again by the wisdom of the plant Queendom. She has learned to watch, witness and listen to the plants. The plants take their time, they are patient, never rush, they adapt to their environment, they are wise.
Lexi has healed her addictions to alcohol and pharmaceuticals with the medicine of the Earth and the medicine that has always been within her. With the support of her plant allies, Yoga, meditation, breath work, diet and exercise she has completely transformed her life. She believes that the body, mind and spirit are interconnected and that to truly heal- all aspects of the self must return to harmony as One.
Lexi has studied Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Thai Body Work, Plant Medicine, Herbalism, Breath-work, Yoga and Women's wellness around the world. Lexi specializes in herbalism and women's health education; the fertility awareness method, alternative menstrual care, postpartum care and holistic birthing.
Lexi is a certified Ayurvedic Holistic Health Coach, Yoga instructor, herbalist, Thai Body Worker and Holistic Pre-natal and postpartum doula. She has studied in Costa Rica, Portugal, Thailand and New York City.
Lexi facilitates retreats around the world in Thailand, Costa Rica, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain and Ireland- the many different places that have left a great impact on her being.
Now, she is anchored in Long Island, NY and has opened her first baby apothecary in Port Jefferson. Although, she is still traveling around the world- this baby will be an anchor for her to consistently return and tend to with the utmost loving devotion.
The herbal medicine Queendom has taught Lexi that she is her own medicine. She believes that true medicine always reminds you of your innate power and draws you back home to Love and sovereignty. True medicine will not cause dependency, only support, guide and liberate!
The plants have taught her, held her and have supported her transformation greatly. Lexi honors the Earth with her entire being. Every medicine that is cultivated here at The Herbal Shala, is sang to and infused with gratitude and love. All herbs are organically and ethically sourced.
Lexi utilizes plant medicines, movement, breath work, energy work, mantra and sound to facilitate profound transformation. You are your own medicine and hold everything you need within. No one can heal you but your Self. Lexi is simply a support system and guide along your journey.
Lexi offers a wide range of one on one offerings that combine the wisdom of these ancient practices and philosophies in conjunction with channeled intuition all tailored to each individual.
It is Lexi's intention to support others through alternative medicine and herbal education, as well as supporting the awakening of the planet, by aligning her life in humble service to God.
The greatest thing one can do for humanity, is to BE Love. By embodying Love, we may heal the entire planet.
